When we moved in there was a chip on the laminate floor and the kitchen side had a chip in the side of the worktop and a scratch on the fitted wardrobe door. We had to wait four weeks for a customer care representative to come out and repair them. When he did arrive, he failed to repair the floor and the repair to the kitchen side was very poor. When he went to fix the wardrobe, he could not and pulled off the plastic cover further damaging the door. Six weeks later and these issues have now been resolved. However, they should have been repaired the first time.
