So I walk into my spare room and I feel the floor give way under my feet. I lift the carpet to find they have cut away part of the floor and not fixed it correctly. To say I was not happy is an understatement. I called customer service and asked that the site manager attend today – without fail. He attended at 10am and my wife showed him the issues. He was unsure why the floor was like it and says he will attend tomorrow to investigate further. A positive is that he did attend and has said he will investigate. However, no apology and yet more hassle of repair work. I will be asking for the carpets to be replaced if they have to be lifted as they have been lifted several times and are starting to fray. I will keep the site updated with information on this new issue.
