Loose Banisters

Several of the banisters on the stairs were loose we reported this to DWH customer service who sent out a carpenter. He put screws in cracking the wood damaging it. Representative 1 came round and examined it, saying that the way it had been repaired was acceptable. I feel that it was not. Representative 1 attitude was to stand and argue with me over the quality of the repair rather than to resolve the issue. I found him to be as rude and such will not deal with him again. He is no longer welcome at our property as a representative of DWH I expect a more professional service from your representatives. Tom arranged for a carpenter/painter to attend to resolve the issue. We do feel that this repair was completed; all be it slowly.
